GRATITUDE JOURNAL

Do you currently write what you are grateful for in a Gratitude Journal everyday?

If you do then that’s fantastic, I’m proud of you.  If you don’t why not start today?  All you need is an exercise book or maybe you could buy a pretty spiral bound book, it doesn’t really matter what you use, as long as the book feels good to you.  You might even want to download a gratitude app for your smartphone.  Whichever way resonates with you, just get started.

Always write the date at the top of the page and then write: 

Today I am so grateful for:

Then list at least five things every single day that you are truly grateful for.  The list is endless.  You could be grateful for any of your senses, for the food that you eat, for the house that you live in, for the family that you have.  Perhaps you might be grateful just for being on planet earth for another day, for the sunshine or the rain, for a comfortable bed to sleep in, for your job or business.  As I said, the list really is endless, you should be grateful for absolutely everything you already have in your life.  

Each day when I am getting out of bed and I put my feet to the floor, I thank God for another day of living.  Each step I am able to walk I am grateful for the gift of walking.  Gratitude will open many doors for you, please try this fun exercise and let me know of any positive life experiences that happen for you.
